Some visual vomit to help depict what I'm about to say...
Re/store flea last Saturday with Betty & Jingles was mad fun coz of the company but business was terrible :(((((((( After being bitten once I still wasn't shy but now that I'm bitten twice I'm not really sure why I should continue to try aiyooooo. But all these aside, it's still an experience worth learning from and maybe there'll still be a next time! Saw tons of familiar faces in the not-so-packed crowd and the support I got from my homies was good enough to make up for the disappointment so yipee! Following the flea I have my two young and crazy punks who dragged me out for dinner hahahaha thank you Venus and Kaini for waiting for almost 2 hours for me!! And for being accommodating and so caring aww love you two care bears. It was a long day but it was lovely and fun with you two!! Joined the Swee Choon sissies shortly after for dessert and that was pretty much my Saturday! Wished time hadn't flown so fast though.
Today's Monday and thankfully for all the secondary school/JC kids, it's the March holidays!!! So happy for you kiddos you guys deserve this break! :) I met up with the same two punks for the same old, fav shaved ice (though way pricier now sigh) which has relocated in Katong now! Perfect dessert to have considering the merciless weather. Non-stop talking for 2 hours as per usual talking about one thing which leads to another and I really cannot help but smile at the thought of being around you two (no matter how lame you both can be) and I really enjoyed tea-time with you both! Luv u 2 4 lyf4 mwax :*
Following shaved ice was a (somehow) impromptu steamboat/shabu-shabu/sukiyaki buffet with my brudders!! Funny how we actually lapsed into these pulsed moments of silence at first coz we're all starving wolves in need of food therapy. But minutes into the more than 2 hour-long dinner and we were chatting and laughing away about school, teachers, friends, punny jokes, funny experiences and so on. It was such a lovely time with them and I couldn't have asked for a better company. By the time we left the restaurant we were so full we actually decided to walk home. Thing is, the usually pig-of-my-brothers readily agreed. So we wound up taking a long half-hour walk and I taught them all the funny mind games I know all the way back home. Fun isn't good enough a word to describe it but nevertheless we were all happy and full and thankful. I really Thank God that we were all able to make time for each other tonight!! Such quality time is truly a blessing as much as it is almost rare and I will always always cherish them. Muk's only regret was not watching a movie prior to dinner which I actually thought was not too bad an idea but I guess all things happened (or didn't happen) for good! It was such an awesome night and I really enjoyed it! Love you bros!! :*
So it's back to work tomorrow for me! A regret would be giving my boss 3 out of 5 weekdays for work this week since it's the March holidays... so there goes the time that could be spent catching up with the JC kids and other important people. Meh hopefully time will find a way somehow! Already foreseeing the rest of this holiday to be a packed one but I'm sure it'll be a great one in the end.
Oh and 2 good news to end this off (love good news heh):
1) BANGKOK IS SO ON - saving the dates 5th to 8th of April (and also the $$$) yay!
2) Dad is coming back around the same time and staying long enough in time to celebrate my 18th so double yay!
Cheers y'all!!! :)
