I'm kidding 'bout the first part but yes I felt totally liberated after today's Macroecons paper coz my MSTs are over! I'm a free bird!!
So anyway today was a great (for the lack of a better word) day because... good things always happen after exams right? Right. And I've come to recall and realise that over the years, my post-exam celebrations were one of the best memories of my teen life. From buffet to amazing race at the airport to karaoke to movies to BBQ to crashing each others' houses - all with different yet awesome company. And I'm just so grateful for that. Today wasn't an exception too.
Earlier this evening saw me teoheng-ing for 3 hours with a crazy bunch hehe. Truth be told I wasn't particularly excited to K (not that I always do) coz it seemed almost like a routine (ikr) but in the end I enjoyed it all the same! And I still felt that three hours wasn't enough because we had yet to cover Chinese songs; the duets and the emo-nemo ones. Hehe but yeah it was great fun with my mates!!! :)
Then I rolled over to Old Airport for dinner with my ex-Haig Road kids. Yeah I just had to bold that coz one moved to Tampines and the other moved to Tai Seng, both leaving me alone here... :( But I ain't ever movin' coz I'm a loyal Katong dweller ok unlike you two hmph. Hahaha nonsense aside it was a great catch-up with you punks!!! I love how us three can go on and on and laugh like the old times though we don't meet up often (or is it just me). Can't believe time flew that fast while we were eating and chatting!? Too much to fill in on each other's lives hahaha. I'm already excited for the 2F girls Christmas reunion!!!!! I miss you girls a lot a lot.
Sigh sigh sigh been having such a great time with my friends but I'm already gonna fly back home to Jakarta tmr. Don't get me wrong, I miss my family too and I'm absolutely looking forward to spend time with them. Guess you can't ever get the best of both worlds, can you? Nevertheless I know that this holiday is gonna be great!!!!! :)
